Valentine’s Day falls on a holiday weekend this year and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than an extended getaway to Hill Country for a culinary adventure! To mark the occasion, executive chef Benjamin Baker has designed a fantastic farm-to-table menu to delight the senses and set the mood for an evening of romance!
The four-course dinner features options so that guests may design a unique dining experience with a partner. Prime rib and red velvet cake are perfect for those looking to indulge in something decadent, and choices like sea bass and Burgundy poached pears fit the bill for something light and refreshing. There are several vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu, and a special wine pairing selected by Travaasa Austin Sommelier and beverage manager, Edward Morgan will also be available.

Our Valentine’s Day menu is $75 per person and will be offered on Saturday, February 13th in the dining room at The Preserve Kitchen + Bar from 5pm until 10pm. The optional wine pairing will be available for $45 per person. Cocktails and wines by the glass and bottle will be available á la carte.
Reservations are not required for guests staying on property, but they are recommended in order to ensure preferred seating times. Off-property guests may dine with us this evening by reservation only at 5pm, 5:15pm or 5:30pm.
