Who doesn’t love watching the summer sun dip below the horizon while enjoying a refreshing happy hour cocktail after a long day of work? We know how that feels. Start your Labor Day weekend a day early with this signature recipe from the “desk” of Travaasa Austin’s master mixologist, Shawn Lejun.

  • 1.5 oz Waterloo Gin,
  • .5 oz-3/4 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5 oz Fresh Squeezed lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • Top w/Sparkling Wine

Combine all ingredients (except sparkling wine) in shaker tin with ice, stir approximately 12-15 times. Using a strainer, pour into a martini glass and top with a splash of sparkling wine and garnish with lemon twist.
