- 1/2 of a large beetroot, peeled
- 1/2 of a lemon, rind peeled
- 2 peaches
- 4 – 5 strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Nibs
- 2 tbsp organic (unsprayed) rose petals
- Handful of pecans
