First Course: Beet carpaccio, truffled maitakes, texas goat cheese, pinenuts, pea tendrils

Second Course: Poached farm egg and spring asparagus vol-e-vent, lemon-corn creme

Third Course: Lamb loin chop, pea-parsnip puree, fresh raspberries, mint

Fourth Course: Chocolate mousse cake bite, lemon semifreddo, fresh strawberries, granola


Vegetarian Option

First Course: Beet Carpaccio, truffled maitakes, Texas goat cheese, pine nuts, pea tendrils

Second Course: Spring artichoke, lemon-garlic aioli, roasted grape tomatoes, crispy shallots
