It’s the end of the year and time to celebrate the good times. The New Year’s Eve menu was inspired by our local farmers, fisherman and ranchers dedication to offering us the best produce, fish, and meats throughout the past years. Our featured farm is Hana’s Choice which is located in Wa’kiu just outside the town of Hana. The Estrella family has been growing an assortment of produce and plants including lemons, limes, avocado’s, eggplant, rambutan and decorative bamboo for years.  The Estrella family’s dedication to the cultivation of great produce is what we are all about. Celebrate another year of health, happiness and good fortune with us on New Year’s Eve with a delicious burst of Hawaiian flavors.
