The countdown to summer has begun! That means it’s time to begin the preparations for a beach-body friendly lifestyle. During the month of March, Travaasa is focusing on being, with a series of special classes and programs designed specifically to help you stay on track and grow personally to achieve your 2013 goals. Begin a new journey at Travaasa with the following:
For the mind: Our unique Detox Flow Yoga class will help to lighten your step as we transition from winter to spring. This class will infuse twists to ring out any sluggishness in your mind and body so that we may be porous to soak up all the vitality that spring offers.
For the body: Getting started can sometimes be the hardest thing. To help you get going we have classes that are constructed to jump start your fitness regime and introduce you to new and adventurous activities. The classes include: Boot Camp, Spring Training, and our Surf’s Up (only in Hana).
For the soul: With our Go Green culinary demonstration you will learn how to make healthy juices that will cleanse away the winter sludge and get your body beach ready.
In addition to our specialty programming, we will also be partnering with Laurie Foss from Austin’s premiere birding organization, Travis Audubon Society, for a bird hike at our Travaasa Austin property on Wednesday, February 20 from 8-10 am and again on Friday, March 15 from 8-10 am.
