Carrots – Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A, providing more than 200% of your daily requirement in just one carrot. 

Pumpkin – Pumpkin is loaded with vitamin A and fiber, and low in calories.

Apples – Apples pack in lots of soluble fiber, along with Vitamin C. Plus, a medium apple counts as 1 cup of fruit.

Pomegranate – Pomegranates have lots of antioxidant power, possibly even more than cranberry juice or green tea.

Sweet Potato – Sweet potatoes are loaded with Vitamin B & C and also are a good source for Iron and Magnesium.
