One of our favorite things about being a member of our community is having the opportunity to share our love for the land and sea through food. In July, Travaasa’s very own Chef Bella Toland will be joining four extremely talented chefs and two local families as they collaborate on a truly extraordinary culinary experience that is inspired by the hard work of the hunter and fisherman in Hana. The special event celebrates – not only the relationship of man and nature – but also the important connection between fork and mouth!
The ticketed dinner will bring back all four chefs and 2 Hāna families to join again in gathering food from the land and sea and returning to our beautiful kitchen at Ala Kukui and collaborate on an amazing meal that will truly be a one-of-a-kind experience—hunter, fisherman, chef, and you, kealoha!
