Mechanical Bull Workout
Ride ‘em, cowboy! You probably didn’t see this one coming, but you are in Austin. After you’ve gotten your muscles primed with Pilates or our core conditioning class, graduate to our mechanical bull for a core workout unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. This is a true Austin-style workout. Riding the mechanical bull is more than just a novelty at the local bar. This fun workout will also help to increase your strength and improve your flexibility as you hang on while the bull continually moves up, down, right and left. By keeping you off balance, the bull forces you to use your leg muscles to grip its sides and core muscles to flex as you move forward and back. And lastly, form does count. Don’t forget to raise one arm up in the air to maintain balance, and you’ll get bonus points if you remember to wear your cowboy hat. Yee-haw!
